I Asked Allah for Strength

Trees and sunshine

“I asked Allah for strength and Allah gave me difficulties to make me strong.
I asked Allah for wisdom and Allah gave me problems to solve.
I asked Allah for courage and Allah gave me obstacles to overcome.
I asked Allah for love and Allah gave me troubled people to help.
I asked Allah for favors and Allah gave me opportunities.
Maybe I received nothing I wanted, but I received everything I needed – Alhamdulillah.”

    * Love of Allah Found in “Al-Walaa wal-Baraa” of M S al-Qahtani:

    The love of the Beloved
    must be unconditionally returned.

    If you claim love
    yet oppose the Beloved,
then your love is but a pretence.
You love the enemies of your Beloved
and still seek love in return.

You fight the beloved of your Beloved.
Is this Love or the following of shaytaan?
    True devotion is nothing
    but total submission
    of body and soul
    to One Love.

We have seen humans claim to submit,
    yet their loyalties are many.

They put their trust here, and their hope there,
and their love is without consequence.

In life we soon get tired though there’s still long way to pass on. We run out our ruhiyyah supplies within our heart… and we’ll feel weak and lost. Life itself is a test. Sometimes I feel that life is too long to end but I don’t ready yet if it’s really end. Hhhhggg… Up and down…it is like a wheel on a very long road of life. I need Him to pass this life in good way… Allah please stay with me don’t leave me because of my sins and weakness…

      Dear Sis,

Life is one big roller coaster ride, its part of the test, we all have ups and downs. The journey just becomes that much easier if we have Allah in our hearts and minds. I dread to think of what my life would be like without belief in Allah – I’d be completely lost. You and I are fortunate Melissa, Alhumdulillah we have an ultimate goal because we believe in a Hereafter. So when life here on earth starts feel difficult, atleast we know that our efforts are not going to waste, we will all get our due. Nothing goes unseen by Allah.

      Keep striving dear
