Minarets of a mosque in Cairo, Egypt

Dear wael abdelgawad,
To me as a 17 year old teenager going on 18>>>
You are my light & guidance in this duniah >>>
The day you published ‘ the transformative power of a child’s love ‘ >>>>
That was the day when i had lost hope >>>there was no more Allah , no more myself, no more the people who care about me

Everything went black in my baseerah !?>>>
I felt lost>>
I had 2to choose between 2 swords >> whether 2 commit suicide
>>>or to runaway & get detached from my family completely & forever
–i didn’t want to live in this harsh life full of misery & injustice >>>
You’re the one who raised me up again when it didn’t work out with anyone who tried to do so with me >>>>
As you know that Allah loves wael abdelgawad & protects him anywhere & gives him al basseerah everywhere>>>
You ‘re there in america
& lifted me up here in egypt>>>
So the reason am sending you this is 2 show you:::
That you , wael saved me 4rom fire & hell that were waiting for me>>>
I don’t think that my life was worth living if you weren’t born & created this website >>>>
Wael, >>>>
You’ve got no reason to cry anymore>>>
Whenever you feel down in the dumps>>>
Remember the people you got out of the huge, tremendous ,
Deep wells of duniah,
Are now living happier as angels in duniah>>>
May Allah protect u & ur daughter salma >>>>
& i hope one day i get the chance to meet you, inshallah đŸ™‚
Yours sincerely,
– Sister M.

Dear Sister M., thanks so much for your comments. But do not take me as your light and guidance. Let Allah be your light, and let the Quran be your guidance, and let Rasulullah (sws) be your example.

Don’t ever think of harming yourself. It’s a terrible mistake, and one you can never fix. Please read my article on suicide, here:

    Suicide in Islam

Be patient, sister. Yes, there is misery and injustice in this life. This world is full of suffering. But there is also courage, compassion, and even heroism. There is kindness, and love, and beauty. Don’t lose sight of these things.

May Allah protect you and ease your heart, and make your future bright and full of joy.

All my unconditional Love to you, Sister M. Thank you for sharing and opening your Heart, it is not easy to do that, that shows your strength. God bless You.
