Letter from a reader #3

Sunlight shining through a lava tube, into a cave

Alhamdo lillah for this site.

May Allah protect you and keep you safe. I came across this site in search for a dua that I was desperately requiring for my despair, anxiety and depression i was experiencing.

Keep up the great work.

Is there somewhere i could contribute to poetry?

As salamu alaykum dear Sister Wafa,

Have you thought about creating your own blog?

It is a very easy process and it is free, search in google.

Try it. It is an incredible experience.

When you have done it. I would love to visit your blog, insha´Allah.

    Salaams,

I just want to share something, this picture is an amazing picture, makes me think how much is appreciated a little bit of light when we are in darkness, awakening hope.

And other thought that comes to my mind is if we focus in the interior of this cave we can think that this is the whole world, but if we walk a bit we can go out and see a whole world out there waiting for us, well I would say a whole universe waiting for us.

Thank you very much for listening and sharing.

When you speak of a little bit of light in darkness, yes, I got the same idea from the photo. Your other thought is very interesting, about how there is a whole world waiting for us outside the cave.

Just other thought, it is curious, I have vulcanic blood in my veins, this photograph of a lavatube, inspires me.

I was thinkinkg about the strong ray of light, do you realized that when we the light goes directly to our eyes or if the light it is too strong, we go blind, we cannot see anything. To be able to see the light has to be in the right direction and with the right intensity, isn´t this anything interesting?

If we are not prepared too much light cause in us the same effect than darkness, isn´t this interesting?

I believe many of us are we just too used to see between the shadows, some light and some darkness, I believe that we are closer to the full light at midday, when our shadow is one with our body, isn´t this interesting?

    Just sharing thoughts.

I suppose there’s a fine line between sanity and insanity.
As for the light and darkness, we need both to survive.
They both have their purpose in life. As stated in the holy Quran.
    Peace
