    As salamu alaykum,

    Thank you for sharing, this is specially deep and inspiring.

    There is a special smell and sound before, during and after the sunrise, … it is such a blessing to be able to see the day being born, how the light enters darkness slowly and firmly until there is no more darkness.

    To give birth, we say in spanish: dar a luz, translated is something like give it to Light, it is a beautiful expression and full of meaning, makes think deeply about all the spiritual process involved in being born.

    Just sharing thoughts.

      Yes, I learned this expression in Panama (dar la luz) and it struck me as very beautiful. I thought it was unique to Panama, I did not realize it is a common Spanish expression.
